Deep purple-red color with a full body, this Syrah is characterized by a meaty flavor of black pepper and dark fruits, and notes of blackberry, blueberry, boysenberry, licorice, chocolate, and herbs. Low in acidity and mild tannins make this wine very pleasant to drink.

The tasting profile of this Southern Oregon Cabernet Sauvignon is high acidity, high tannins and full body with black fruit notes of black cherry, vegetal notes of green pepper, and spice notes of vanilla from oak aging.

Crafted in simple and genuine style, unoaked to make it accessible early and preserve its natural vibrancy, our Oregon Chardonnay presents a refreshing dry acidity and fruity notes.

The wine shows a light straw color. The nose expresses lychee, pineapple and pear with a hint of jasmine and limestone. On the palate, lychee and jasmine are complemented by racy acidity 

Aromas of plum and subtle white pepper, with notes of dark stone fruits. Rich and velvety with a long finish, this dessert wine carries the palate through the full flavors of the Spanish grape its derived from.
