A serial entrepreneur with a love of beautiful things in his DNA, Francois-Louis Vuitton, the great-great grandson of that Louis Vuitton, has created his own wine brand. Produced in conjunction with negociant Maison Bouey and a “Who’s Who” of topnotch Bordeaux houses, the first vintage of his Collection Personnelle: Mr. Francois-L Vuitton, comprised of Grand Cru Bordeaux, reached the US late last year.

The wines are from top châteaus, such as Léoville-Poyferré in Saint-Julien, Dauzac and Lascombes in Margaux, Faugères in Saint-Émilion, Beauregard in Pomerol, and one Sauterne house, Lafaurie-Peraguey.

Citrus and floral on the nose, honeydew melon and lychee on the palate and a crisp clean finish make this a wine which pairs well with nearly any dish--but is great all by itself!

Aromas of plum and subtle white pepper, with notes of dark stone fruits. Rich and velvety with a long finish, this dessert wine carries the palate through the full flavors of the Spanish grape its derived from.

Prestigious Magnum bottle (1.5L) of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from Canalicchio di Sopra, wrapped and enclosed in its perfectly intact wooden case.

With this wine, Canalicchio di Sopra marks its 50th vintage of Brunello. It is a superb tip of the hat to founder Primo Pacenti by his highly capable grandchildren Francesco, Marco and Simonetta Ripaccioli, who now run the property. It expresses gradually and graciously both on the nose and the palate with wild flowers, forest berries and fresh earth emerging out of a sapid and minerally core. Brilliantly mid-weight but not lacking depth, this demonstrates brightness of fruit, delectable acidity, plenty of fine-grained tannins and a lingering finish - Decanter, 96 points

Prestigious Magnum bottle of Barolo DOCG from the producer Paolo Conterno, wrapped and enclosed in its perfectly intact wooden case. "Riva del Bric" indicates a distinct vineyard.

The warm vintage provided plenty of sweet fruit to balance the deep structure and crisp acidity. Wine Spectator loved this with a nice 93 point review, "A fresh, expressive version, featuring ripe cherry, plum, licorice, leather, tar and spice aromas and flavors. The sweetness of the ripe fruit is offset by firm, dusty tannins, yet in the end this is balanced and long. Best from 2023 through 2042."

The tasting profile of this Southern Oregon Cabernet Sauvignon is high acidity, high tannins and full body with black fruit notes of black cherry, vegetal notes of green pepper, and spice notes of vanilla from oak aging.

This wine is a blend of Merlot and Dolcetto. Merlot is aged in barrique while the Dolcetto ages in large wooden barrels. The wine is then bottled where it remains for six months to improve its bouquet and characteristics.

Diavolisanti it’s a name, an idea, a challenge. It represents the union of two opposite worlds: the Dolcetto and the Merlot; the barrique and the piedmontese traditional winemaking- the dilemma among innovation and tradition!

Lastly, is drinking wine a rightful pleasure or a dangerous sin? The answer is in this bottle, decorated with the beautiful frescos from the gothic chapel of San Fiorenzo in Bastia Mondovì.

Though slightly high toned, there is much to like here. Black cherry fruit and a dusting of cocoa powder focus the flavors in a smooth and spicy wine. As it moves across the palate, a streak of vanilla, followed by a lingering flavor of bacon, comes up. Long and persistent finish.

A very unique and rare wooden gift set from Marchesi di Barolo. The set includes a selection of the best wine from the Langhe region, 1973 vintage. The red wine bottles are in excellent conditions, level and color.

The original wooden case is also perfectly intact and it is a great collection piece. The main design represents how the wine barrels were carried to the Carlo Alberto King's court.
