Bourgueil Rosé is a dry rosé of Cabernet Franc from the Bourgueil area in the Loire Valley. It is produced with two different methods: the Saignée ("bleeding" in French) method and the direct press method. Such combination makes this rosé wine drier, crispier, and fruitier.
