Join us for our **Wine Wednesday** seminar and tasting at Grazing Oregon, held every third Wednesday of the month! This time, we’re diving into a fascinating topic: "The effect of wildfires on vineyards" [🔥] [🍇] .
We'll be exploring the Delfino Fine Wines wines from the Umpqua Valley perfectly paired with delicious appetizers prepared by the chef  [🍷] [🧀] . Here is the tasting line-up:
[🔥] 2020 Pinot Noir – with distinct smoky cheese, and BBQ meat nuances, shaped by the wildfire-affected vintage.
[🍇] 2021 Pinot Noir – for a comparison to a year untouched by fire, showcasing the pure essence of the fruit.
[🍷] 2020 Syrah Reserve – a bold and not smoky finale, perfectly capturing the vintage's complexities.
